Data is transferred securely from your site to ours and inside our private cloud (64 bit Bowfish – AES – 256 bit) and stored on highly redundant (RAID) storage arrays in a SAS 70 Certified Data Center.  Your user interface is also secured with a password to prevent unauthorized restores.   Advanced server side data integrity checks ensure that the data sent is the data stored.

Backups run on a schedule without any human intervention required.  If the connection is broken, it will automatically resume and continue the backup.  You are notified upon success, failure and when you are running close to your standard storage amount or maximum quota.
