Please join us in welcoming Juan Jimenez to the I-BN team. Juan is our newest SAP Senior Consultant, and brings with him 11 years of experience in consulting. He started out his career as a consultant, but also has a strong background in web development. In the past he has assumed roles such as project leader, project controller, and support manager.

Please join us in welcoming Erica McLean to the I-BN team. Erica is our new Business Operation Manager, with her she brings over 20 years of accounting and HR managerial experience. During those years she has become a power user on multiple software, implementing and training companies best use policies.

At I-BN, Erica will be leading up our accounting and office management procedures, as well as being our own internal power user. In addition to her previous experiences mentioned, Erica is also a seasoned tax professional who has volunteered each year with the IRS VITA program for the past 7 years. She is a proud mother of two sons, one who is an air traffic controller in the air force, and the other who is a recent graduate with a master’s degree in biology from Georgia State University. When not working she’s an avid movie buff and loves visiting the movie theatre with her husband.

When asked about what she is looking forward to in her new role, Erica said “I am excited to come to I-BN and implement workflows that help the company in its growth and development.” – Erica.
