At I-BN Cloud Engineers will work on projects such as new private cloud provisioning, data center enhancement projects, as well as escalated support services.   Cloud team members take ownership of the projects, issues and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.  We are looking for individuals who want to grow with our company and who can add strong Windows Server and Active Directory expertise to the team and contribute in other technical and application areas in a dynamic cloud environment. Job Duties:

• Work with our cloud services team to implement customized cloud environments for customers around our core ERP offerings.
• Troubleshoot and optimize permissions, security and performance for enhancements to the core offering to meet specific customer requirements withing security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
• Troubleshoot issues from the I-BN Cloud to other clouds (e-commerce, shipping, etc) and local devices including peripheral devices (printers, scales, scanners, etc.)
• Upgrade and migrate software for existing customers and assist clients with technical upgrades and migrations in the cloud
• Upgrade, enhance and optimize cloud management tools to improve internal and customer operations.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or similar
• 5-7 years of experience of relevant IT experience (engineer, systems administrator, etc.) including deployment automation tools.
• 3+ years of experience in a Cloud Engineer role architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on VMware, HyperV or Citrix Xen platforms.
• Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
• High attention to detail and excellent responsiveness
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and experience with use, configuration and scripting with tools like Manage Engine or NetIQ
• Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks • Database experience, including knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with management and troubleshooting tools like Sysinternals to streamline the diagnosis of issues with Windows systems and applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Dell Networking equipment and Equalogix devices 
• Experience with SuSe Linux and SAP HANA an extra plus!
• Microsoft certification (MCP or similar)
• Knowledge of web services, API, REST, etc. as well as Apache and IIS
